Terms of sale

1. Provider

Services are provided by Andrei A. Craciun, EI (sole trader, micro-entreprise registered in France), SIRET 130 577 141 00018, business address [ADRESSE À COMPLÉTER]. Contact: [email protected].

2. Services

ANC.h.o.R analyses a client's personal financial organisation: budget, cash flow, fees, savings and scenarios. What each offer includes (Money Leak Hunt, Wallet Audit, Wallet Reset, Wallet Projection, Private Wallet Optimization, Continuum) is described on the booking page at the time of order.

ANC.h.o.R does not provide investment advice. ANC.h.o.R does not recommend, sell or arrange any financial, insurance or credit product. Decisions taken on the basis of the deliverables are the client's alone.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price that applies is the one shown on the booking page at the time of payment. Continuum is billed monthly.

4. Ordering

The client chooses an offer, answers the questionnaire, accepts these terms, says whether they want an immediate start (section 7), then pays. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

The client then receives by email an order summary, their invoice and a link to these terms, which they can save and print.

5. Payment and codes

Payment is made online, by card, through Stripe, in full at the time of order. ANC.h.o.R never has access to card details.

After a paid Money Leak Hunt, the client receives a single-use code worth €49, valid for 30 days on an order of at least €349. Codes cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

6. Delivery

The start date is agreed with the client after payment. Unless the client expressly asks for an immediate start (section 7), no work begins before the withdrawal period ends.

The client provides the information needed (statement exports, screenshots, or a walkthrough on a call). ANC.h.o.R never asks for bank logins or passwords. Delays caused by missing information are not attributable to ANC.h.o.R.

7. Right of withdrawal

The client has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). To do so, they send the form below, or any unambiguous statement, to [email protected]. The refund is made within fourteen days, using the same payment method.

Immediate start. When ordering, the client chooses either to wait until the period has ended, or to expressly ask for the service to start before then. If they ask for an immediate start and then withdraw, they pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until they communicated their withdrawal (art. L221-25). If the service has been fully performed before the period ends, at their express request and after they acknowledged losing their right, withdrawal is no longer possible (art. L221-28, 1°).

8. Continuum

Continuum is a monthly subscription, renewed automatically each month on the date of the first payment. The client can stop it at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid month. Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance, and the client can then stop the subscription at no cost.

9. Liability

ANC.h.o.R is bound by an obligation of means. The analysis relies on the information the client provides, whose accuracy the client guarantees. Projections are illustrative scenarios, not forecasts. ANC.h.o.R does not guarantee any amount of savings or result.

10. Personal data

Andrei A. Craciun is the data controller. The data collected (identity, contact details, questionnaire answers, documents shared) is used only to deliver the service, invoice it and meet legal obligations. Payment: Stripe. Email: Brevo. Hosting: Netlify.

Financial data shared during an engagement is kept for the length of the engagement, then deleted. Only the deliverables are handed to the client. Invoices are kept for ten years (legal requirement).

The client can access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or retrieve their data by writing to [email protected], and can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

11. Intellectual property

Deliverables are handed to the client for their personal use. ANC.h.o.R's method, models and tools remain its property.

12. Complaints and mediation

Complaints go first to [email protected]. If no solution is found, the client can refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator: [MÉDIATEUR À COMPLÉTER] (art. L612-1 of the French Consumer Code).

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, the client may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence or any other court with jurisdiction under the law.
